How long does it take to get a response?

Our support team typically replies within 1–2 business days. For urgent billing issues, mention it in your message and we will prioritize.

How do credits work?

Credits are consumed per generation: image (2–4 credits), video (6–10 credits), music (10 credits). Credits do not expire on active accounts.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Eligible first-time purchases may qualify for a refund within the window defined in our refund policy. Contact us and we will review your case.

My generation failed — was I charged?

Credits are only deducted on successful generations. If a system error caused the failure, credits are automatically restored.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from your account billing settings. Access continues to the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
